General information
The 2024 Court term commenced on Monday, 29th January 2024 and will conclude on Friday, 20 December 2024.
Court Vacation will commence on Monday, 23rd December 2024 and will conclude on Friday, 31st January 2025.
The 2025 Court term will commence on Monday, 3rd February 2025.
Note that Civil and Criminal trials / hearings will be held in places other than Sydney as and when the need arises.
