Update Access Files

The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, has re-issued Practice Note SC Gen 2 – Access to Court Files.

It replaces the previous version of the Practice Note issued 01 March 2006 and commences operation on 04 October 2019.  

The purpose of this Practice Note is to prescribe the procedures surrounding the provision of access to court files. The amendments relate to non-party access at paragraph 7.
